This is the band you've been waiting to drink with. The band brings the party to life with their infectious, high-octane originals and energetic stage show. Don't plan on sitting down once they've hit the stage!

Swift guitar swirls with dancing violin, on top of mandolin or accordion, while the bass and drums drive a rhythm straight to your drinking hand! The next thing you know your drink is empty and you can't stop bouncing along. Grab another drink and enjoy the rest of the show. Cheers!

Wasn't able to make your CD release show, but was able to get my mitts on your CD last night. It was well worth the extra week of waiting! It's REALLY, REALLY great!

Alright well, too many to remember just from one weekend! But probably the funniest one was when Pauly Brady got caught being a dancer in the middle of the night half naked. Apparently, he was trying to show off his "moves" to another musician at the fair and the two of them were running around half naked dancing up a storm. They thought no one else was around -- but actually LOTS of people were around, and so a whole bunch of us walked into what we THOUGHT was Pauly and his girlfriend (now wife) -- dancing --- but lo! It ended up being Pauly and another dude practicing their "hot" moves before they got onstage shaking their "bootys" and all whilst Pauly was playing a banjo. Literally hilarious. This was at the Blackrock Medical Faire 2013 !

there are so many fond memories but one of the best would have to be when we traveled to ford theater and we stayed at the pre Civil War era mansion.

Best Memory: When I added Taylor as a friend on Facebook the day before you guys were to play a show in Saginaw. She remembered me and introduced herself to me before the show and proceeded to talk to me about her whole life. She had a bunch of people to talk to, but she told me she liked making weird internet friends instead. It was a good night.

Having worked my first faire season in 2013, I enjoyed seeing the whole band arrested not once but TWICE! At two different faires no less. I knew of Stone Clover and had listened to their music at Michigan Renaissance Faire in years previous and had even bought their CD but I had never gotten to actually meet them. Then in 2013 I started volunteering at several ren faires throughout the state and I got a chance to see them at Black Rock Medieval Festival. They were just as awesome as I remembered them being and it was hilarious to see them all arrested and then perform The Drunken Scotsman to earn their release. Then, the last weekend of the run, I finally got to meet them with my boyfriend. We took pictures of all of us and the best part was my boyfriend trying to pick the lead singer, Pauly, up bride-style but failing horribley, I still have the pictures! One of which stayed the background on my phone for nearly 3 years! The second time I saw them arrested was at MRF and it was just as awesome but this time I got to taunt them because I was working for the Stockade! Again I got to see them sing for their release and it was a great time because several other cast members wound up in the cell shortly after that. It was a fabulous end to a great faire run! Thanks for all the great memories, but especially the ones mentioned. Keep doing what you're doing and you'll go far! We

After taking many years off from MRF to raise kids and work way to many hours our then almost 16 yr old wanted to celebrate her 16th Bday at MRF. We contacted our friend Tigerlily aka Jessica M. for suggestions. She told us to meet her at Stone Clover as that is where she spent much of her time. We really had no idea what Stone Clover was but off we went in search of Lily and Stone Clover. That first day back dragging our 12 yr old who was not having a lot of fun around we showed up to see Lily and this band. I am a huge fan of anything Celtic music so an Irish Band was perfect for me. My husband and I feel in love with the band, faire and the friends we were meeting. Even are "bored son" was having fun and made sure we returned to every performance for the remainder of the day. Now we can not think of Lily without talking about Stone Clover and vice versa. Never take the CD out of the car and often send the now 15 yr old out of the car to school singing a wide range of Stone Clover songs yes even those that really should not be song going into a school but what the heck.

My favorite moment of Stone Clover..... Watching you play closing weekend at MIRF. WOW! It was warm, with a slight breeze, and the sun was shining through the trees. Every once in awhile, when a breeze came up, it showered you all with leaves from the beautiful oak tree you were playing under. I sang, danced, laughed and drank with you on that beautiful weekend!! Sigh....I know you all remember it! :) It was a seriously magical moment, that gives me goosebumps, just thinking about it. Thank God I have photos and video clips to transport myself back to that moment. Since I live in the U.P, I can't enter the contest, but I still wanted to share such a pleasurable and memorable moment of Stone Clover! Til next time, lads and lass! :) Slainté!!!

Stone Clover / The Sailor Kicks / Ghost City Searchlight

Mulligan's Pub, 1518 Wealthy St SE, Grand Rapids, MI

FREE SHOW 6.22.2018 Music Starts @ 10pm (21+) mulliganspubgr.com

Stone Clover - They began creating a style of music that borrowed from traditional Irish, punk rock, metal, and folk - a genre they affectionately named “Paddy Slag”. After growing into a five-piece line-up, Stone Clover was already packing pubs and clubs within their first year of performing. Local and regional festivals began to take notice, and the band quickly worked their way up to becoming a crowd favorite headlining act. https://www.facebook.com/stonecloverdetroit/ https://www.stonecloverband.com/

The Sailor Kicks - The Sailor Kicks are a Surf Rock/Ska band from Grand Rapids. Ranging from dirty Dick Dale like licks, to bright and poppy Ukulele dance tunes. The Sailor Kicks are a fun energetic mix of old and new, sure to get your toes tapping and your hips swinging. https://www.facebook.com/sailorkicks/ https://thesailorkicks.bandcamp.com/

Ghost City Searchlight - Ghost City Searchlight plays original music inspired by traditional Celtic and American folk songs infused with raucous energy. Their brand of charismatic folk-rock tells stories that are drawn from the spirit of tall tales heard around the campfire, from the pages of dime novels read under the covers with a flashlight, and from the personal experiences of anyone who feels the deck is stacked against them. https://www.facebook.com/ghostcitysearchlight/ http://ghostcitysearchlight.com/
